It might be said that the secret to our yakiniku's delicious flavor is the secret recipe marinade, passed down only to the owners. With 25 different ingredients including vegetables, fruit, and miso, the secret blend is aged after mixing, its flavor working to draw out the natural sweetness and umami of the wagyu.
